The Southern Partnership for Excellence in Leadership & Learning or SPELL specialises in school improvement, from Primary to Post-16, mainly within the Hampshire/Wiltshire/Dorset area. The SPELL alliance is a collective of Good and Outstanding schools with experienced Headteachers/lead practitioners who have a diverse range of expertise. SPELL can offer a range of support services including the completion of audits, support for strategic leadership at middle/senior level, implementation of a quality performance management framework and support for effective classroom based practice to include the delivery of bespoke INSET training. Through an MA Hub and links with three HEI providers staff have access to Masters accredited programmes.
SPELL has a track record of supporting school improvement across phase, working with schools in special measures/identified as ‘in need of improvement’.
